RETURN POLICY
The following returns policy is in accordance with Greek and European regulations and applies exclusively to purchases and transactions through ceramicdesign.gr

The visitor/user has the right to return the whole order or part of it without being obliged to announce the reason why he wishes to return-replace the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in the following cases:
- In any case of sale of an incorrect product with proven fault of "XENAKI Ceramic art&design Studio"
- In cases where there was a problem - a defect in the product covered by its warranty.
- In case the visitor/user has chosen the wrong product and wishes to replace it.
- In any case where the visitor/user has changed their mind about the purchase and does not want the product.
Returns must be made:
- By sending to: 86 Eleftheriou Venizelou Avenue, Ilioupoli 16344 and exclusively with ELTA Courier the ACS.

GENERAL RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS
In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the visitor/user, complete, without damage, modifications and in their packaging, accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents. In the event that the return is not made within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, the company may not accept any return or replacement.
In the event that the visitor/user requests a replacement of the product due to his own fault, the direct cost of returning and resending the products shall be borne. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error by the company, it undertakes to bear the cost of returning and resending the product, provided that the return has been made exclusively with one of the cooperating courier companies.
The visitor/user has the right to request a refund within the time limit of withdrawal and if the conditions of return and withdrawal are met. Refunds are made by the company's accounting department within 10 working days of receipt and inspection of the returned products. In the event that your request for a refund does not result from the fault of the company, the shipping costs of the original shipment and €3 for the cost of the return are deducted from the refunded amount. In cases where the original order has been shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost for the return is set at €5.
Note: Free shipping, where stated, does not apply to returns and reshipments under any circumstances.
SPECIAL RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS
